P-16 leaders, educators, and scholars are cordially invited to participate in the California Council for the Social Studies 63rd Annual Conference Administrator’s Colloquium, a special event focused on the critical theme of collective care for HSS educators navigating complex contexts.
Kat Satterly, Staff Wellness specialist, will provide valuable insights into developing cultures that contribute to the overall wellness of educators and their students.
Former history educators and current leaders, Executive Director Michael Sciacca, NMUSD, Principal Beth Fisher, PYLUSD, and Assistant Principal Guadalupe Serrano, AUHSD will share their experiences in a panel. Dr. Sonia Llamas, Associate Superintendent at the Orange County Department of Education will inspire attendees to take proactive steps in prioritizing collective care.
Registration is required to attend this special event, and breakfast will be provided. The event is FREE for conference attendees. Additional participants will register for $20.
Join us for this unique event as we also honor Beth Fisher, Principal PYLUSD, as this year's recipient of the Diane L. Brooks Award.
